Looking for some earphones , must go right into ear

I'm looking for some earphones noise cancelling ones and they need to sit right in the ear as I'm going to use them when riding my motorbike , I have tried my iPhone ones but they stick out of the ear and when I put my crash helmet on it is very uncomfortable as it pushes the earphone onto my ear .

thanx

I had custom ones moulded for me several years back. The company has vanished, but perhaps you could find a similar service online. It was a deaf-aid company working with Siemens.

When I fitted radios for the Police, the headsets were integral to the helmets, with a snap-off connection should they get unseated... or more usually walk away from the bike without unclipping the lead.

Now they are all Bluetooth.

You can make your own custom inserts with a mouldable glue called Sugru which cures into a hard rubber compound.

This won't work well with the Apple earphones (but hey they're rubbish anyway). You'd need to use earphones with removable buds.

Found this too:

Doing the simple moulding process yourself obviously cuts the cost dramatically and you can use your favourite earphones. Less than £20.
