Usenet Throttling

I've noticed over the last few days that my connection to Easynews has slowed to a crawl - from a general connection speed of 30+Mbs to <1Mbs. It's happens long before I might have hit any potential volume based STM.

Any ideas?

Vm also throttle p2p traffic and flag it as low priority so if the network is buys (like in the evenings) you will get what little bandwidth is available once it has taken care of everyone else

It's only supposed to test for shaping, not fix it! ;)
