TV screen measurements

Hi,

Stupid question time...

On LCD TV's is the quoted measurement the actual size you get to view? I know the CRTs we measured corner to corner and you lost a bit because of the surrounding bezel.

:dunce:

I assume this is not the case these days as technology has improved so you get to see say the entire 32" or 37"?

Right - so what do you guys and girls think of this TV?

It's won "Best" awards in What TV etc but I'd thought I'd post it to see if you people have one - and what you think of it!

Edit...looked around at reviews and it's got very good reviews so took the plunge into our first LCD digital TV!

Hope it's ok!!
