well impressed with service

talked to really nice guy at virgin media today about account and have saved some money and got faster broadband:) ;)

I can not fault the service excellent

I was amazed that my package went DOWN by £11 by moving to the new package. Ok, it's a new 12 month contract, but that's £132 better off for me!

Yup - me too (and doubled the broadband speed).
