Edinburgh Cross Country
 

Just looking at the cross country Edinburgh event on BBC1. There's 3 Scotland teams, 1 England, 1 Wales, 1 USA, and a GB team as well ! What's that all about ? Whatever, they all seem frozen and not enjoying it at all - very satisfying to watch ;) Nice bit of snow on Arthur's Seat too, so let's hope they are forced to run up to that!

Actually I love XC running, not managed any races in the last few years. Need to dig out the spikes for this years season.

If it wasn't for the old knee trouble I'd be there with them. As it is I'll have to watch and content myself with the remains of the Xmas cake and a glass of medicinal Port ;)

Some spectators in kilts - hope they're not true Scots for their sakes...
Boring Darts on now - time to go swimming in a nice warm pool I think.
