i have a phone interview for virgin media, complaints department,

just wondering if you guys would know what sort of questions they would ask on the phone,

All it will be is about is them finding out how you come over on the phone, are you shy, do you stutter when nervous, can you think on your feet, do you sound calm and confident, can you converse clearly with someone that you have never met.

Be yourself and do not let the conversation dry up whatever you do as they will try to make you stall.

Well mine was along similar lines to the above if I remember it clearly enough.
