LoveFilm closing after 15 years

At one time it was the largest online DVD/BluRay rental service iin the UK.

However, time and technology have caught up with it, and Amazon (who bought it in 2011) have announced its closure at the end of October.

Sad, yes but not unexpected. Streaming services have overtaken rental. Pay and view immediately is what people expect now.
