Land line call charges within a call plan
 

Hi there.
I obtained talkAsia 300 service plan on my land line from vm in Jan 2018. Vm have added more than 300 pounds into my account since 6th Feb 2018 and have told me I have used my 300 minutes for the month of Feb 2018. Yet when I rang vm on 12th Feb I was told I had 224 minutes left. I have asked for itemised calls. I was told vm can not give me details of any calls made within 300 minut plan. They can only give me details of call for which I am charged. Is this true.
Vm should be able to provide me with all the calls made since I have taken the plan. Any comments please
