Could this improve VM customer service in the UK?
Since LG took over VM it's apparent that CS has deteriorated in the UK.
I didn't know that similar problems existed in Ireland, but they must do as they are introducing this initiative: http://www.irishtimes.com/business/t...part-1.3020272 If successful, I wonder if this will be rolled out to the UK? I especially like the idea of dumping the foreign call centres. |
