My contract was up so phoned retentions and got this deal.
Tivo box, 30mb broadband and xl tv and m phone all for £45 per month.
Just told them what sky was offering me and can they do the same.

Well done! That's exactly the deal I want but the cheapest VM will go is £54, even thought I've been with them (+ predecessors) for 12 years. I've spoken to retentions 3 times but they won't budge.
