TV anywhere issues
 

Anyone else having issues with no sound on TV anywhere I have tried Firefox and IE whilst I have a picture but I get no sound

I have just tried to watch a program on my windows 10 desktop. I have signed in ,but when I click on a channel all I get is " loading" but the channel never loads.

I have also noticed that if I go into my account and look at the devices section these will also not load any help would be appreciated.

Works ok on my Hudl.

I've just tried it on my iPhone, I can watch some channels but not others, can anyone tell me why, I thought you would be able to watch any of the available channels on your chosen registered device.

There should be a pull-down menu in the guide of the app to allow you to display only the streaming channels.
Only the SD versions can be streamed.

I wonder when they will get Channel 5 working correctly on the Anywhere service
