Anyone else getting issues in the OX28 Area

Currently got an engineer booked for Tuesday (a week after reporting the fault).

Not at all happy with the current level of service, very poor value for money. :(

Is that wired or wireless?

Not so sure that's a VM issue. Your download line is dead straight, something is limiting and I suspect it's your wireless.

This is wired and wireless. Mac is ethernet connected (the one the speed test was done on), every other PC/device in the house is wireless.

Yesterday the download was as low as 0.13  upload was still in the 6.1 area.

I have never used dslreports for speed tests before and thought it might be giving an inaccurate result and was going to recommend speedtest.net but mine has come back okay.
