Take a note of what you eat, try and avoid spicy & fatty foods.

Eating isn't that much fun if you avoid spicy and fatty foods though... :erm:

£225.00!!!!! checked on line and had a strop when I found that if we were allowed to renew on line I would have got a £71.00 discount but as John hadn't joined on line we were refused the option. Checked out the AA and the same cover as a new member with them was £149.00

Strop intensified and I phones up ready to do battle.

Got a lovely lady who listened to my complaint, put me on hold for a couple of minutes, then came back and ..... exactly the same cover for £111.00

£114.00 saved, I feel a shoe shopping expedition is in order. :D

That's excellent news jo.

Will that be pair 54 and pair 55 then?.;)

Yes you cannot beat homecooked pies heero and we like our beef to cook slowly as it then becomes so tender when it is cooked slowly and the end result is delicious.

l thought this wonderful when our friend's told us last night.:D

He said to me that he was playing "Trivial Pursuit" with his wife. She asked me the question...."What were Rhett Butler's famous-last-words in the film "Gone With The Wind""? He replied..."Frankly my dear, I don't give a damn!" She said..."If you're going to be like that, I'm not playing!!"

Broncos in the Superbowl. Now to plan my night of viewing. Sleep during the day, then a dose up of caffeine to see me through the night. Now to decide whether to watch SKY or Channel 4 coverage.

At that size she'll expect you to sit with her while you "compute" as you can see it across the house.

PBs keep being smashed, did 9.15 miles tonight for the first time ever. Looking forward to that half marathon more than ever now.

Oh and 1300 calories burned too which can't be bad :)

If the common soldier on all sides turned round and said to their superiors who start all conflicts in the first place... STUFF YOU WE ARE GOING HOME.. and destroy all their weapons.

Actually, I was a "common soldier" (well, airman), and if I/we had done that, the Soviet Union would have ruled Europe (whilst Capitalism has it's faults, we didn't have to build a wall across a country to keep people from escaping....).
