Hi i bought the Rolling Stones live event last night but none of the repeats are working just a holding screen saying if you missed the live event you can buy the repeats i have already bought them i wonder do VM have a problem at their end.:mad::mad:

They appear to have advertised the wrong start times for the repeats. One has just started at 6pm.

And I'm not even certain now that I won't be charged twice - once for not viewing the purchased 00:45 view that I wasn't going to watch and again for the repeat that I always intended to watch.

Are you seeing the attached image? If so, you have purchased it. It's a Sky slate that isn't applicable to VM viewers. Don't worry, you'll be able to watch it when it next repeats (10pm?)

It says you purchased the 00:45 showing because that's when it started. It's a single event that runs until Wednesday. You won't be charged twice.

Thanks for that. You'd expect VM to take care of such matters. It's careless and unprofessional IMO. I'll see what happens at 22:00.

Well, we can see it now on both Tivo & V+.

This kind of scare shouldn't arise.

I agree it's not good, but it's Sky's broadcast so they can put up whatever slate they like. VM can't change it.
