Cable Forum - Coming soon to Virgin TV (2012) Vol. 1

I am struggling to come to terms that Virgin Media are making you redundant, Yes you are one of the most helpful members on this forum always at hand to solve customers VM related problem issues(my opinion above the call of duty!)

It is definitely VM loss in losing such a valued member of staff through shortsightedness:mad:.

I bet this is the part you wish NTL and Telewest stayed seperate? I can see the same thing happening with Everything Everywhere now that they have merged Orange and T-Mobile, too many staff and an excuse to close down call centres to save money and open a few more overseas call centres.
