Gone from 20 to 24 downstream channels overnight. Still on 2x 16QAM upstream.

Is it normal for SNR to drop slightly along with power levels, with the addition of more channels? SNR has dropped to between 36-38dB, I'm sure it was reading 38-40dB this morning. Power levels were close to 0, now between -3 to +2dBmV. Still in spec, just curious.

Had VM package installed today.

Can't see to much difference between my VM line and Sky line no??... :-/

I understand the line needs a couple of days to stabilize so I hope it gets better.

It doesn't need anytime to stabilise on VM, i wouldnt worry about the yellow though, it makes no difference to my internet and it is normal with the HUB3.

The blue and green, however...

I'm assuming the latency might be more noticeable when gaming but I have yet to test it out.

Re: Think Broadband Ping Monitor Results (POST YOURS)

The big green bit was overutilisation of a link on the VM network. That would cause degraded speeds and poor latency and jitter.

How are you finding it? do you play mmo's or shooter at all?

I haven't had time to test the line out yet since installation.

I only play fps and I haven't noticed any difference at all. I deliberately stayed away from the shub3 because of graphs like that but I was forced to have one when I upgraded to 350mbits last month and it honestly hasn't made any difference at all. I still kick ass ;)

No issues at all with my gaming, i play FPS on PS4, like others here i completely ignore the yellow on the graph, i get full download speed and i think my ping(19ms) is normal for my VM connection.

I'm not saying people are not having issues with the Hub3 but for my own connection i am currently happy with it.

Probably means they've done some work in your area. Maybe solved your issue?
