I failed after being really stressed. :(

Oh well. I'll give it another go sometime, just need some time to rethink a few things, prioritise!

The sooner you resolve to stop again the better - believe me. Nothing ventured nothing gained.

fingy, when you want to give up you will succeed, however being nagged in to quitting will not help as it starts you off in the wrong frame of mind.

So keep working on why this little white stick has so much control over you?

You didn't fail - you relapsed thats all! Stop beating yourself up, most people take a good 5/6 times to finally quit for good. When you feel the time is right, see where you went slipped up this time and be prepared for next time.

I've started going to the gym as well,30 min. cardio a day + weights + new carb/high protein diet.
have never felt better in my life,tbh. :D
