New Virus Mail ?

I got sent this mail from Administrator@ntlworld.com

Dear user, the management of Ntlworld.com mailing system wants to let you know that,

Your e-mail account will be disabled because of improper using in next
three days, if you are still wishing to use it, please, resign your
account information.

Further details can be obtained from attached file.

the attachment is a pif file so I think it might be a virus anyone else had a mail like this and is this the sort of mail NTL would send out ?

thanks thought it was a virus with a pif file and the text didn't sound right for an NTL mail either.. will delete the mail
