Dodgy Connection (So'ton area)

Anyone in the Southampton area been experiencing repeated connection drops and/or slowdown?

Since Thursday my connection has been fluctuating. One minute it's roaring along, then down to a crawl and back up again. Other times it disconnects completely.

I figured maybe some work was being done somewhere that was causing it - even saw an NTL van in my road earlier. Maybe they were coming to investigate?

Just thought I'd ask before I ring Customer Service.

why not ring c.s. , at least they may be able to tell you if there is something wrong that isnt on the server status page , and then there is a good chance of a free call to t.s. to boot :)

I hate to tempt fate...but so far today, only one connection drop and no slowdowns whatsoever (that I've noticed).

Let's hope it continues. *touches wood*
