hi all.
i am have realy bad connection problems at the moment for the past 2 days my cable modem keeps loseing connection sync rdy lights go out and flash some times too. i have called ntl yesterday and they have arrange a engirneer to come out but i am waiting for a call bk any1 know who long u have to wait i have done a docsdiag report can any1 tell my by this if there is any thing wrong thanks iain

You should get a call within 2 days (not including Sundays). So if you have not heard by then then call back.
