I thought this site would be of use to someone it has a Mblaster patcher fix for M$ 2000/XP + some other stuff

There are .jpg (jpeg) files to show you what the utils/fixes are.

Or, if you want to check a load of machines instantly for the latest hotfixes (including the Blaster fix), use the Microsoft Baseline Security analyser (http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=8b7a580d-0c91-45b7-91ba-fc47f7c3d6ad&DisplayLang=en)

Always get your M$ patches etc from the source i.e. Microsoft (It's been known for people to put fake ones out!)

You should always keep you eye on Windows update (and http://office.microsoft.com/home/default.aspx, click "Check for Updates" to check Office).


But, the Baseline Security Analyser checks all workstations, Office and any SQL, IIS or Windows Media servers you may have, and can provide links to download updates.

The M$ mblaster tester util takes you striaght to the M$ web site to download the latest mblaster fixes
(i tested the mblaster tester util before posting the link i wouldnt have posted the link if i thought the util was suspect/fake)

Even if you could I think you might get a few complaints from the AUP team about the amount of bandwidth you'd just hogged :erm: :disturbd:
