around 50,000 machines have been infected with a worm spreading through ICQ.
'bizex' as it is known as , asks users to click on a link 'jokeworld.biz' once the link has been clicked on the worm infects the users machine through ICQ and internet explorer vunerabilities, it will then hijack the users 'contacts' list and spread itself by instant messaging all contacts.....
the worm will also install a keylogger, and will harvest information on the following payment systems on an infected machine, and send the details to an anonymous webserver......
payment systems:
Wells Fargo, American Express UK, Lloyds, Barclaycard, Credit Lyonnais, and E*TRADE.
