As with NTL, always take the full name of anyone you speak to at o2, no matter how helpful they sound. I've had some nasty experiences with those people :grind:

Every time I've phoned up Russ they have been helpfull 100%, the only thing I can gripe about is when I phoned them up before Christmas about a bill query they said we will phone you back within the hour, they didn't it was the next day. I got it sorted in the end so I was a happy chappy. :pp :pp :pp
