Got it last night and its been hard to stop playing it! Onslaught is pretty good fun. Can't wait for the full game to be released.:)

Last Unreal game I played was UT, never tried 2003 and to tell you the truth I wasn't really keen on the game, compared to Quake/Half Life but now my opinion has pretty much changed.

I've played it now, was very dissapointed :( Apart from Onslaught it's exactly the same as 2003 with different weapons models.

I must admit I find it a bit hard to aim/kill. Quake and half life seems a bit more easier... UT2004 has got potential (mods etc what will follow) however it will be interesting to see how it goes when Half Life 2 is out and Doom!

btw, any word on when Quake 4 might be comming? I heard something about late 2006?

Absolutely. Personally, I thought Quake 3 was half the game Unreal Tournament was.

I have to say i found it to be a very good play. Sure its pretty much the same gameplay , but the graphics have improved somewhat (imho) . One of the few games ill be buying (along with Half Life 2)

Actualy the game is due to be released here on the 19th, this is due to chart issues, but quite frankly i dont care about the danm chart!

Brilliant game tbh, much better than 2003 and a hell of a lot beter optimization, i can play it perfectly on my GF2pro, which 2003 didn't play very well on.

I love it, I've played the demo to death over the last few weeks and I really like the fact that they've gone back to their original UT style for some parts.
Much better game than UT2003 imo and it brings back the glory days.

The new Onslaught mode rocks!
