Ok ive had a NTL Cable acct for like 2 years and from what i understand i have web space. Where and how do i set this up?

no setting up to do , browse to this ftp://upload.ntlworld.com/ , when it says about not being able to access , click ok then right click , choose login as and enter your username ( without the @ntlworld.com bit ) and your e-mail password , this will be a letter followed by 9 numbers unless you have changed it :)
