Okay, following on from this (http://forum.nthellworld.co.uk/showthread.php?t=7082) discussion I have an idea about combating spam.
Do NTL have the technology to suspend a specific email account.
What I mean is that for a period of 6 months the email address will behave as if it didn't exist and generate bounce messages for each email sent.
An alternative is that you surrender email address's to Spam and then all mails to the address just get deleted rather than delivered. Either idea has its good and bad points but what do people think ?
