just a small point tis , as ntl have upped 128 to 150 , is that both up and down ???????? , if it is then has the upload of the 600 service gone upto 150 as well , just curious :D :D :D

I think it's still 64k up on 150, 128k up on 600.

afaik 150k upstream is a mere 64 and 600k is 128.

if u have a stb your connection isnt capped at 150, it is capped at 256 is that correct?

Yes heres some resuts from a STB on 150k courtesy of the robin walker speed test .

1st 128K took 4230 ms = 30986 Bytes/sec = approx 258 kbits/sec
2nd 128K took 4230 ms = 30986 Bytes/sec = approx 258 kbits/sec
3rd 128K took 4280 ms = 30624 Bytes/sec = approx 255 kbits/sec
4th 128K took 4290 ms = 30553 Bytes/sec = approx 254 kbits/sec
