a flaw in windows xp home and proffesional editions, could allow a user to execute malicious code using a folder and windows explorer, then gain higher privliedges on a machine.

there is no fix at this time.

Anyone got a link to the KB article for it if there is one?

I'd like to know what mitigating factors there are to this

As far as I can tell, MS have not done a KB or security bulletin on this (yet).
