You by my side
that's how I see us

I close my eyes
and I can see us

we're on our way to say "I do-oo"
my secret dreams have all come true-oo.

I see the church
I see the people

your folks and mine happy and smiling

and I can hear sweet voices singing

Ave Maria
.

Oh my love
my love
this can really be
that some day you'll walk
down the aisle with me

let it be
make it be
that I'm the one for you.
I'd be yours
all yours

now and forever.

I see us now
your hand in my hand

this is the hour
this is the moment

and I can hear sweet voices singing

Ave Maria, Ave Maria, Ave Maria, Ave Maria
.

As Bifta says :)

Either:

a) I used to be a singer and it was one of my faves.

or

b) I looked it up on google.

You choose. :D

i am going with the former, because it means i can ask you for a rendition of the song...or if you ever come to a meet get you to do karake (canne spell it)

theo....weddings are emotional occasions especially if you are the nutcase walking down the aisle....

But I find it hard to stop being flippant about songs whose lyrics are so sugary (not to say sickly) sweet that they'd make a good dessert. :)
