Changing billing account

I need to change the account that my DD comes out from, do I just call customer services and ask for a new DD mandate?

May seem like an obvious question, but this is NTL we're talking about :)

Will it still be coming out of an account of yours or someone elses??

If yours should be able to change over phone but if someone elses then would need to send DD mandate for them to sign
