I have had a success with ntl: instant and no questions. Objective achieved.
This was to close my account to tv,phone,bb after 5 plus years.
Stunned.
I thought they would of at least asked you why? after being a customer with them for such a long time. :erm:

Me too, helpful about DD and refunds.
I spent over grand a year
Sky offering £10 install on a £19.50 Family Pack
I expect that they were tired of being told why customers were leaving, having been told so often before, and knowing the company they worked for.
Still, a bit surprising they didn't go through the motions.
Nevertheless, it can be chalked up, as an ntl success.....of a customer leaving.
Well done ntl.
So that's one thing NTL can do properly....ensure customers can leave!
