My brother has been trated like a scumbag by ntl and wants to cancel his broadband. Does anyone know what postal address he should send his letter to?

AFAIK this will depend on which area he is in so yes call CS first is the best bet. Who knows he may even get an offer of a deal that will make it worth while re-thinking.
