there is also a game that has been released for the eye toy seperately called eye toy groove :D

Players take to the floor in front of their TV to perform special dance moves in time with the music, these moves will include posing, waving and swiping as well as the basic dance of hitting the rhythm zones in time with the music. Bonus points are on offer for how much they move their body,

EyeToy: Groove' includes a multi-player option allowing players to dance off against one another, while a challenge mode allows players to create their own dance patterns which can then be used to challenge family and friends in order to find the greatest dancer.

Of course you need music to dance and with over 25 fully licensed tracks Groove gives a range of music that will appeal to everyone. Artists include Madonna, Misteeq, Sister Sledge, The Jackson 5 and ...erm...The Cheeky
Girls!

Interestingly enough, if you are like me and bought the eye toy, played with it for a few weeks and then it just sat there collecting dust ontop of the TV, you can now use the eye toy as a webcam on your PC! have to say the quality is very good quality and it has a built in mic... Been using mine in Messenger for a few weeks with no problems :D

If anybody is interested I can post the link with instructions/driver details.

I got one of these for my boy today (eye toy 2)

I must admit it has to be one of the best things I've ever got for him. The look on his face after he'd spent 10mins popping bubbles was worth it alone.

I'm gonna have a sneaky play tomorrow when everyone's gone out :)

Hi,

I tried our Eye Toy (which is also collecting dust on the TV) on My PC, and I was quite surpised with the quality, it was excellent. better quality picture than the webcams we bought and a lot cheaper. The mic worked ok as well.
On MSN it recognised it immediately.

Thanks for the info.

I must admit the quality of the eye toy when used as a web cam is quite impressive.

Now if only I could get Peter and Buxom Woman off it for 10mins I may even get to have a go on it :)
