Just played this again-such fun.

Anyone else got a favourite OLD game?

The 'Baldurs Gate' series. I played it for about 2 years. Almost shed a tear when I got to the end. :D

Yeah Baldurs Gate for sure, still play Scorched Earth and think I've still got a copy of each of the Monkey Island series. I dug my Amiga out in a fit of boredom yesterday and played Eye of the Beholder, that brought back some memories.

Sc2k was excellent, I got it free years ago with some petrol .. some odd special offer they were doing, sucked away many hours of my life.

Gauntlet 1 & 2 (using MGE the multi-gaunlet arcade emulator on the PC).
Absofrikinlutley brilliant. Especially with 4 slightly smashed players after the pub.

of course you'll still need the actual game ROMS but I'm sure some internet searching will provide those.

Bruce Lee on the C64, when I was a nipper I had a paper round that I started at 6am, used to get up at 5am so I could have nearly an hours playing before I left ... muppet.

I'd love to play TIE Fighter again. That was an incredibly good game. Unfortunately even the directX version doesn't work in Windows XP...

And Sensible World of Soccer, of course, but...

If this is general games:
4 words:
Zelda: Ocarina of time

If PC only I guess it is 'tie fighter' and 'starcraft'

I guess it can be any platform.I only put this in the PC forum because that is what I tend to play games on(though I am rather fond of Halo on the XBox and am now playing Broken Sword 3 on the XBox).

Incog. :)
