I'm going to put my foot down (makes a change from it ending up in my mouth) and say that for the duration of Christmas Day, there will be no insults, personal digs or attacks, derogatory comments or any other general unpleasantness on nthellworld.co.uk.

Any comments which come in to these catagories tomorrow will be removed. I'm not going to be all arsey and say people will be banned for not complying or anything stupid like that, it's just for one day I'd like there to be an air of love and happiness on the site and what better day for it than Christmas. I don't know how I'm going to manage this as I doubt I'll be on much through the day but I figure you lot are cool enough to play along :)

If the opposing sides in WW2 were able to have a game of football (as is rumoured) on Christmas Day, surely we can be civil too?? :D

I'm not trying to censor anyone's view or opinions as normal business will resume on Boxing Day.

Please please please can we go along with this, just for one day.

That's great - perhaps we can go one better and all vow to make at least one positive comment? Maybe I can manage to say say something nice about Avril or.....for even more of a challenge.....Jamie Oliver :eek:

christmas happens but once a year, i am sure that we can all be nice to each other for one day :D

christmas is a time to remember all we have and all that has been given (i dont necessarily mean pressies) and to rejoice and have fun with each other......

guys you can be horrid to each other again the day after ;):p

I think it has been in our house but I can't be too sure.After 48 hrs of a head cold I then developed migraine for 48 hours.
I surfaced 30 mins ago and the house is a wreck.Either they were fighting like cat and dog or they had a great time. :)
