My dad was meant to be phoning ntl today to add the movie channels to our cable tv package. He totally forgot and ntl is now closed, is there any way i can do it online or anything?

No there is no way of getting these added until their customer services reopen after Christmas - sorry!! :(

I've been a Nynex/NTL phone customer ever since they opened in the Brighton Area (around 10 years ago!)
The stupid thing is that when they first put the phone in I could ring the *local* customer service desk in Portslade, Brighton until midnight every day
In recent years whilst I have no quible with the service the fact that they can't be contacted after 8.00pm is cross-making
