View Full Version : How tall are you?

A fairly random thread this... brought on by a random bizarre thought i had while visiting the little boys room at work today..

I'm 6'1 and while standing in the cubicle of the bogs, am about 2 or three inches from being eye level with the top of the cubicle wall..

I just wondered if guys who are 6'6ish or taller.. have embarassing situations where you catch the straining face (or whatever) of the poor occupant next door to you because your head easily clears the top of the cubicle?

For those that fit the description, (lanky's) please post your stories if you have any.. (keep it clean, mind you)

(you can tell i'm busy can't you ;))

5'4" - so I would have to stand on a box to see over;) - actually I try to avoid using open topped 'stalls' after several unpleasant experiences at boarding school, it's hard to concentarate on the business while being water bombed :Yikes:

You should try the diet I used earlier in the year. It's simple, you get a nasty respiratory infection, spend all your waking hours coughing your insides up, and it puts you right off eating.

I lost 1 1/2 stone in just six weeks!

Blimey, that's worse than the virus I had!

Started off as a cold, thought I'd got over it, then lost my voice on the first day of the three day Erotica show (does wonders for your sales pitch!) and had virtually no appetite for the next fortnight (fortunately no chucking up though!) and I dropped around 5kg.

It wasn't until watching HIGNFY on a Friday that my body suddenly went "Hey, I've not eaten anything for two weeks, let's have a major sugar crash!" that I got the appetite back!

BTW 5'7", 65kg here.

(Yes, I'm mixing imperial and metric and I don't care!!)

All this talk of medical weight loss programs reminds me of my stay at Coppetts Wood Isolation Hospital, after a trip to North Yemen back in the 70's.

Lost over three stone following a bout of dysentery but was thankful it wasn't typhoid as first suspected.

All this led to me suggesting a new slogan for the North Yemen Tourist Board.

"Is the bottom dropping out of your world? If so come to North Yemen and let the world drop out of your bottom."
