Called these shysters this afternoon to pay my bill, after an extended period queueing was told that they are having "technical difficulties" and that they'd ring me back (I did ask him was this call back going to take as long as the proforma invoice I'm waiting for ... i.e. > 3 months but he seemed rather keen to get off the phone) nothing wrong in that I think, until you hear repeated rounds of applause in the background, can't help thinking that they're having some form of raffle or awards ceremony which clearly takes precedence over customer care, I did ask the feller what the applause was all about and he told me it was "technical difficulties" .. maybe the applause machine was malfunctioning.
