I have had a look at this site guys and it appears to just say call customer services, I seem to remember when I upgraded from 128k to 600k there was a website where I just put in my Cable modem number and this then upgraded me. Any other ideas, or am i going to have to bite the bullet and ring Customer Services.

That should be the correct starting point I think assuming they don't still have "issues" as I seem to recall they did have problems with this recently.

That should be the correct starting point I think assuming they don't still have "issues" as I seem to recall they did have problems with this recently.Only for standalone modems not STB for STB you have to call CS.

After you are upgraded you need to reboot the modem or STB

Also TV upgrades are a call to CS
