Anyone in NW London (Edgware, Hendon, Brent Cross, Mill Hill, Finchely, Barnet, Colindale, Burnt Oak ... or anywhere close) that is having extreemly poor internet performance?
I called tech support and asked for someone to come out and take a look at it for me, they said there have been and are so many calls from this area at the moment that i'd only get a call out on Monday 2nd October (Thats 10 days after i called)
I tried booking a call out before aswell, they said there was no point making an appointment because slots are completly full 2 weeks in advanced. :td:
Something is going on in this area and they are not telling me or us anything, and im going to try and find out when the guy comes over to check it out ...
They have until Jan 2nd to fix it, if not im giving them 30 days notice and moving.
I'm sick of them now, after all these years being a loyal customer and getting friends and family to sign up with them, this is what i get back ... damn ******s :mad:
