I have a BT Line with NTL Broadband. If I dial 150/151 on my BT Line, it will redirect to BT Customer Services/faults.

How do I dial NTL Customer Services/faults from a BT Line for free?

Not sure if this will be free though.

Customer Care - 0845 454 0000
8am-8pm Monday to Friday
9am-5pm Saturday

150 can be used from 2nd october if calling from an ntl line, or 151 to report faults.

8am - midnight 7 days a week

Get your phone line with NTL as well, this will solve the problem.

Get your phone line with NTL as well, this will solve the problem.

Dialling 150 from an NTL line no longer works... its the 0845/0871 numbers only :(


EDIT: Scrap that... it seems it does work now, I just tested it after reading this:

150 customer services
151 faults

but this will only work from an ntl land line.

I had only tried it myself just a fortnight or so ago too and it didn't work!

They stopped the free number for a while but re-instated it recently
