After Installation, Phone doesn't work

Hello people,

I've just got my Digital TV installed today with Select Pack + Talk Weekends but my phone doesn't work.

I used to have Analogue Digital since 1996

My Digital TV signal works & my AOL Broadband works as well.

Can anyone help?

Yep, No Dial Tone

sounds like it hasn't been connected correctly, did they not test your line before they went? you need to call ntl, which isnt so easy with no phone :(
