ok guys... internet was working fine this morning... come home and the READY light doesnt come on!
rebooted and all... still didnt work...
called 150.... went to tech support through that... there was an option via faults!
amazingly they got the internet working:D from updating something?:confused:

one is to praise ntl :shocked:. Very nice, quick solution, although the internet really shouldnt have stopped working!
Also... a call to 150, and going to tech support through that, does it cost anything? AFAIK a call to 150 is free, and the bband tech support was just an option through there?
there was no mention of "this call costs £x.xx per minute!"
Any replies appreciated!:p:
