Another unhappy customer at the moment.
I have been a customer on the highest tier for 4/5yrs and due to my recent housemove came a load of problems.
The latest being I have just discovered I am now on 2meg, according to the operational config page. :mad: This is annoying as when I finally got bb setup at the new address (which took 2 weeks I might add) it showed correctly as 10meg. Then the bill came in saying I was in full credit. This months bill is charging me for 2meg service. :mad:
Just venting out some rage at the moment - as the only phone I have is a payt mobile and just wasted all my credit on the phone to NTL and was cut short midway after telling the chap on the other end I was on 2meg about 20times. :mad: :mad: :mad:

Get a proper phone first of all then you won't run out of credit.

Just got of the phone to bb support. The usual rule applied. (having to ring them twice)
1st call went no where. was told I would have to wait till tommorow as the account needed updating and the 10meg to be applied.
2nd call resulted in me getting 10meg.
why is it 9 times out of 10 I will be fobbed off with (you will have to wait x amount of time for the changes to take effect) When all they have to do is flick a switch for the change to be implemented, (as proven on a number of occasions) :rolleyes:
um, you do know the 150 and 151 no's are working again?
Are they i had a letter today telling me the 150 151 numbers are not live untill october.

well if you know anyone who has an ntl phone then they might be so kind as to let you use it? and I've no idea if I'm bromley or the other one, or what it all means, but I know 150 and 151 work cos I phoned them today :D and got my bb put back on (crossed wires :rolleyes: ).

Type in your post code here (http://www.dslzoneuk.net/ntl_region.php) and it should tell you whether your Bromley or Langley. :)

Yeah I did mate..
When I called last night bb support put me on 10meg, but I had doubts that cs would not be told and would bill me for 2meg,
Rang them up today (twice) 1st time was told to visit the url you have suggested, but I tried telling him my service was fine, it was just there screen showing the wrong service for me. 2nd time I called, I got it sorted.
ps.. 3rd time I rang I decided to not tell them anything. I just told them my account number and asked them whats the latest info they have regarding my account which seems to be in order now. :)

me too, Tesco 'value' sim, whatever next ;)
So my 02 pay and go phone that can give me 1000 free texts a month if i topup £10 is sooo council? lol whatever next.
