I had a letter from NTL today about phone service charges, it seems that as from 2nd Oct 06, to call customer service it is back to the free num of 150, and faults 151 from your NTL phone. This is about time, as when their equiptment in my home becomes faulty, why should I have to pay to tell them about it, Someone has got it right at last.:D
