Error on box

Hi, Just joined today as have only had telewest for a few weeks now. I turned everything off last night at the wall like I normally do to save electricity and woke up this morning to turn on the tv. Nothing has happened except for all the lights on the LCD on the box turning on and it looks like it reads 88:88 whith all three circular lights on the right lit up too.

Does anyone know what this means and how it can be fixed?

Yes several times, and also checking all the cables and leaving it for a while, still nothing.

looks like a call to report the fault if a reboot didn`t work

You need your box replaceing
