Hi,
Should have been upgraded to 4 MB today..... still getting the following results. Am I correct in thinking this is still a 1MB connection.

1st 512K took 4281 ms = 119.6 KB/sec, approx 986 Kbps, 0.96 Mbps
2nd 512K took 4328 ms = 118.3 KB/sec, approx 975 Kbps, 0.95 Mbps
3rd 512K took 4313 ms = 118.7 KB/sec, approx 978 Kbps, 0.96 Mbps
4th 512K took 4328 ms = 118.3 KB/sec, approx 975 Kbps, 0.95 Mbps

Overall Average Speed = approx 979 Kbps, 0.96 Mbps

Also my Modem status is as follows :

Network Access : EnabledMaximum Downstream Data Rate : 1024000 bps
Maximum Upstream Data Rate : 100000 bps
Maximum Number of CPEs : 1Software
Upgrade File Name : ntlhm120_ntl0001.cpr
Software Upgrade AdminStatus : allow
ProvisioningUpgradeSoftware Upgrade OperStatus : completeFromProvisioning

I have rebooted the modem and PC several times without improvement.

Looks like a 1MB connection 2 me.....I'm on 4 MB. My results:

1st 512K took 1187 ms = 431.3 KB/sec, approx 3554 Kbps, 3.47 Mbps
2nd 512K took 1047 ms = 489 KB/sec, approx 4029 Kbps, 3.93 Mbps
3rd 512K took 1141 ms = 448.7 KB/sec, approx 3697 Kbps, 3.61 Mbps
4th 512K took 1125 ms = 455.1 KB/sec, approx 3750 Kbps, 3.66 Mbps

Overall Average Speed = approx 3758 Kbps, 3.67 Mbps

Do I need to call customer services ? Anything else I can do to resolve this ?

restart your modem (pull out the power plug it back in in about 10 mins)

OK I will try this....
I have unplugged the power for 30 seconds...... will see if leaving for 10 mins helps.....
