HI I posted this elsewhere and was told id get a better response here.
When you dial my number you get someone else on the other end and they think im some nutter and wont tell me who they are http://forum.digitalspy.co.uk/board/images/smilies/frown.gif
I phoned NTL last friday about this, they said that they have 3 numbers on my account for me first number was the number they gave me first, which i asked them to change cause i got a million really weird phone calls a day, second one i havent a clue, and the third number is the number people have called me on for over a year. There are only active calls on the number people have been calling me on and this number is the one tied to my billing account.
They didnt know what was going on at faults, put me throu to customer services who were also pretty clueless. I was told that they had to give it to the back office to deal with and that they would call me. This was friday last week and I've heard nothing at all from them.
I cant phone them cause i dont have a phone line and im not paying a fortune a min from a call box, is there a way of getting throu to them without costing me the earth? I mean short of going to nottingham and personally harrassing them at the office that is.
They were supposed to have upgraded my broadband speed too but that hasnt happened either
