PS2 and Airstyle W-shock2 Controller

Guys,

Can anyone help with this. I purchased a airstyle W-shock2 controller today, got it home, plugged in the base unit and Nothing, no lights on the unit. Is this item faulty or am i doing something wrong.

I am new to PS2 so any help would be brilliant.

The chances are that the item may be faulty. My advice would be to take it back to the shop that you bought it from and get a replacement/refund :)
