I recently went through this, there are some websites that purport to have the PUK numbers but really you use them at your own risk, get it wrong so many times and you crap out your phone permenantly. Better to spend the time in the queue methinks.

yeah - it sort of self destructs after 10 wrong attempts apparently - might leave it till gone midnight when the screaming and shouting has knocked off for the day

I have given orange a good & proper slating here and on other sites
but the girl & bloke I talked to about losing my payg phone
and getting a new one with same number have changed my view of them slightly
